At Old Money Style, we respect consumer rights and aim to offer a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return, refund, and exchange process.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30-day return period (extended from the standard 14 days) from the date of delivery — no explanation required.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt

  • Products must be in unused and resellable condition, meaning:

    • Unopened in original packaging or

    • Free from wear, damage, or signs of use

  • Original tags and labels must not be removed

  • Returns must be sent by postal mail

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

  • We do not provide free return labels

  • No restocking fee will be charged

  • Refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • Return address will be provided via email after return approval – please contact us first before sending anything back

Refund Policy

Once we have received and approved your return, we will:

  • Process the refund within 14 business days

  • Refund the amount using the same payment method used at checkout

  • Only the product price will be refunded – original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective)

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange an item within 30 days for a different size, color, or style if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It has not been washed, worn, or damaged

  • You cover the cost of return shipping

Please contact us first so we can reserve your desired replacement item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
If your order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

  2. You will receive the return address and detailed instructions

  3. Package the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method

  4. Always keep your proof of shipment

Warranty & Defective Items

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We follow the standard EU warranty guidelines, offering up to 2 years warranty from the date of purchase.
